The Leadership Day for New England Animal Welfare Professionals! Join us for this biennial event, specially curated for top leaders at animal welfare organizations across New England.
In this facilitated daylong conversation, we will explore some of the most pressing challenges in sheltering and discuss solutions. Each topic is led by a subject matter expert to ground attendees in data and best practices and topics will be followed by facilitated discussion.
This summit is all about you. Bring your thoughts, questions, and ideas, and be ready to engage in meaningful discussions. Our goal is to provide a platform for leaders to connect, share insights, and explore collaborative opportunities to advance animal welfare in our communities.

The 2026 Leadership Summit will be held on the first day of the 2026 Annual Training Conference in Portland, Maine. Registration and hotel information can be found on the conference website.
Please note:
- Space is limited to 75 attendees and only those at leadership levels of their organization (CEO, Executive Director, Senior Operations, Senior Philanthropy positions, etc.).
- Registration is also limited to two representatives from one organization.
